Overview:

Elm Bistro was envisioned as an intimate dining destination where architecture, atmosphere, and culinary experience come together through warm materials and carefully choreographed spaces.

(Concept)

The concept centers on creating a sequence of welcoming rooms rather than a single open dining hall. Filtered daylight, textured finishes, and framed views establish a relaxed rhythm throughout the interior. Every space encourages guests to slow down and enjoy the experience.

(Our Approach)

Our design process focused on atmosphere as much as functionality. Lighting, acoustics, circulation, and material selection were developed together to create a restaurant that feels timeless while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

(Outcome)

The completed restaurant offers a memorable dining experience defined by warmth, comfort, and carefully crafted architectural detail.
